Care and use+−
- Granite is made for the outdoors: sun, rain and frost do not harm it.
- To clean, wipe with a soft damp cloth and a little mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners and hard brushes so the polish stays intact.
- Place the plaque on a headstone ledge, lay it in a memorial garden or stand it on a home altar. To fix it to a headstone, use outdoor sealant adhesive for stone, sold at any hardware store.

Which size should I choose?+−
We make this plaque in two sizes, 8 × 12 in (20 × 30 cm) and 12 × 16 in (30 × 40 cm), so each person has enough space. For two portraits with the most detail, choose the larger one.
What kind of photo do I need?+−
A sharp, well-lit photo works best: the original file from your phone or camera rather than a screenshot or a photo of a printed picture. The engraving is black and white, so contrast matters more than color. Not sure if your photo will work? Can I use one photo of both people?+−
Yes. Send it to us and we will tell you whether it is better to use it as is or to engrave two separate portraits.
How long does it take?+−
We send you a design preview within 2 business days. Once you approve it, we make your plaque in 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Estimated delivery after shipping: USA and Canada 7–14 days, Europe 3–10 days, other regions up to 21 days. Every parcel ships with a tracking number.
Can I return it?+−
Because every plaque is made for you, it cannot be returned if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged, or differs from the design you approved because of our mistake, we will make it right. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?+−
Possibly. We ship from Ukraine, so customs in your country may charge import duties, VAT or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in the price or the shipping cost and are paid by the recipient. The amount is set by your local customs office, so we cannot influence or predict it.
