Who pays
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price you pay at checkout. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected by the carrier or customs authority before or at delivery.

Rates and rules differ by country and can change without notice. We cannot predict the exact amount for your order. Your local customs office can give you the most accurate information before you buy.
We are not responsible for customs fees, and we cannot pay them on your behalf or change their amount.
Customs delays are outside our control. Clearance can add several days to the estimated delivery time.
We declare every parcel accurately, with its real value and contents, as required by law. We do not mark orders as gifts or reduce the declared value.
If you refuse to pay duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to us or abandoned, we cannot refund the original shipping cost. Personalized items (for example, engraved plaques, lanterns, and vases) are made to order and are non-refundable, so no refund can be issued for them. For non-personalized items, a refund is possible only after the parcel is returned to us, minus the shipping and return costs.
