Personalized items (with custom engraving or specific modifications) are made especially for you and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns for non-personalized items; in such cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect. We recommend double-checking all custom details before placing your order.

We recommend using a high-quality, outdoor-grade adhesive sealant (suitable for stone and granite) to fix the item to the base or headstone. This ensures stability and prevents the item from being moved by strong winds or unauthorized persons. Note: Adhesive is usually not included due to shipping regulations.

Our products are low-maintenance. To keep them looking new, simply wipe them down occasionally with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on polished granite or painted polystone surfaces, as they may dull the finish over time.
What is the processing time for my order?

Can I see a preview of the engraving before you start?
Absolutely. For every personalized order, I will prepare a digital mockup for your review. Once you place your order, I will send you a preview of the engraving layout, including names, dates, and any custom text. I prefer to begin the engraving process only after receiving your final approval to ensure everything is perfect and exactly as you envisioned.
Important Note: To ensure on-time shipping and avoid delays, if I do not receive your approval within 48 hours of sending the mockup, I will proceed with the layout at my professional discretion to ensure the highest quality results.
