This plaque keeps that place forever. We engrave the whole photograph, its background and every detail, in polished black granite, together with their name, the dates and the words you choose. When you visit, you will see not only their name but the world they loved, and for a moment it will feel like home again.

- We check your photo first. Not every photo works in stone. Send it to us and we will tell you honestly how it will look before you order.
- Natural black granite. Solid polished stone, 0.6–0.8 in (1.5–2 cm) thick. It does not fade, crack or rot outdoors, in sun, rain or frost.
- Engraved with a diamond needle. Every line is cut into the stone point by point with a diamond needle, so the design will not peel, fade or wash off.

Care and use+−
- Granite is made for the outdoors: sun, rain and frost do not harm it.
- To clean, wipe with a soft damp cloth and a little mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners and hard brushes so the polish stays intact.
- Place the plaque on a headstone ledge, lay it in a memorial garden or stand it on a home altar. To fix it to a headstone, use outdoor sealant adhesive for stone, sold at any hardware store.

What kind of photo do I need?+−
A sharp, well-lit photo works best: the original file from your phone or camera rather than a screenshot or a photo of a printed picture. The engraving is black and white, so contrast matters more than color. Not sure if your photo will work? Which size should I choose?+−
We make this plaque in two sizes, so a whole photo has enough room. Choose 8 × 12 in (20 × 30 cm) for most photos, or 12 × 16 in (30 × 40 cm) for the most detail: the larger the stone, the more detail the engraving can hold.
Will the photo be in color?+−
No. We engrave with a diamond needle, so the photo appears in black and white, in light tones and shades of grey on the black stone.

How long does it take?+−
We send you a design preview within 2 business days. Once you approve it, we make your plaque in 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Estimated delivery after shipping: USA and Canada 7–14 days, Europe 3–10 days, other regions up to 21 days. Every parcel ships with a tracking number.
Can I return it?+−
Because every plaque is made for you, it cannot be returned if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged, or differs from the design you approved because of our mistake, we will make it right. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?+−
Possibly. We ship from Ukraine, so customs in your country may charge import duties, VAT or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in the price or the shipping cost and are paid by the recipient. The amount is set by your local customs office, so we cannot influence or predict it.
